REACH has entered its sixth year with renewed funding from NIH! We are excited to begin this new phase where we apply the learnings and novel methods developed and validated during the first five years to extract meaning from the wealth of newly-acquired BACPAC clinical data. With preliminary observations from our comeBack and BackHome cohorts, we are most interested in the stability of these clusters as more data is integrated into the analysis, and whether these baseline clusters associate with outcomes 2 of 5 over time. Given both the unique richness of the BACPAC clinical data, plus the unprecedented sophistication of novel measurements and data analytics, we are confident that our observations will significantly impact cLBP research and clinical care for years to come.
